Will gather requirements and create high level architecture diagrams, perform data validation, and conduct training sessions. Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues. Utilize AWS, Terraform and CloudFormation. Will provide services to clients located throughout the U.S. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and five (5) years of experience utilizing the skill set listed above. Must be willing to travel and relocate.

Voice Engineer needed for GDN Infotech, Indianapolis, IN. Job duties include: Design, review, analyze, upgrade and maintenance of UCCE Voice Systems. Configure and implement ICM, CVP, CVP Studio, Finesse, PG, CUBE and CUCM. Create and deploy call-routing, troubleshooting, reports on system specifications to support voice operation. Work on eGain, CUIC, Call recording QM and WFM on NICE and Verint servers. Consultation and direct technical support in incident, problem and change management processes for all contact center voice issues. Will provide services to client located throughout the U.S. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering and five (5) years of experience utilizing the skill set listed above.
